What does your business do?
I coach women in the 50+ age range who are experiencing a life changing transition and I create a space of empowerment for them to create a joy driven life! I also facilitate personal and professional development seminars.
What should we know about you?
I believe in the possibility of creating a life you love. I have over 20 years’ experience transforming lives though impactful coaching, teaching and training. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Professional Coach and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
Why do you love what you do?
I love working with women in the 50+ age range and supporting them with achieving their heart’s desire!
Tell us about your superpowers
One of my superpowers is seeing the superpower in others and bringing it to light! I also have the superpower of creating a space for people to discover a possibility that they didn’t know existed! My third superpower is being a Power Networker! I love introducing people to one another or offering a valuable resource or referral to those who are seeking support.
What else should we know:
My new life motto is “Vacation as a Way of Life!” This speaks to my commitment to my well-being. There are physical, emotional and spiritual elements to this philosophy. “Vacation as a Way of Life” for me could mean traveling near or far, reading a transformational book, wearing an outfit that reminds me of the beach, choosing joy, pushing the pause button or not getting myself twisted over the small stuff!
