Introducing you to these two ladies could not make me more proud! I worked with them at our former employer, so I know first hand what badasses they are in who they are as people and what they do in their work. Their courage shows not just in their decision to take a leap of faith to create their own event marketing company, but it also shows in how they serve their clients. Crew is a New York City-based, women-owned, event management company with over 25 years of experience collectively and 2,000 events under our belt. We deliver measurable impact with every experience we flawlessly execute. Crew focuses on your brand’s goals and work diligently to ensure they are not only achieved, but surpassed. Why do you love what you do?

First, because we are building a business as best friends. And loving what you do and WHO you are doing the work with makes a huge difference. Secondly, because we have fun being creatives. We’re creating unique solutions for brands to deliver their messages in thoughtful, impactful and unexpected ways. Our brainstorms can get hilarious but it’s part of the process to success.

We love working with a brand to find the right solutions for their message and goals. Although most agencies like to templatize their events, we are all about customization and ensuring that we’re creating experiences based on our client’s goals.

Tell us about your superpowers!

Working with your best friend is definitely a superpower. We challenge and support one another in 1,000 different ways to ensure we’re always producing the best work for our clients. Every event gets both of our attention. You have a team of two experienced executive producers looking at your project and coming up with solutions for your brand. Not many agencies can make that promise without slapping you with a massive bill. With over 2,000 events under our belt, we’ve seen it all. And with anything we haven’t yet seen or done, we’re always willing to jump right in and figure it out. We embrace all types of events and the unique challenges they can bring – including virtual!

What else should we know?

We do virtual! From small to large scale conferences, happy hours, and more, we can guide you to the right solution for your brand. Unlike other event agencies, we don’t produce templatized events (unless specifically asked to). Every moment of our events is customized and purposeful. We are story tellers. Each event is an opportunity to take guests on a journey, ensuring a thoughtful, cohesive brand story unfolds each step of the way.
