What does your business do?

NourishX helps people regain their time & improve their wellbeing to achieve their next level by reimagining their relationships with their devices.

What should we know about you?

I transformed my life by reimagining my relationship with my devices, and as a result, NourishX was born. By using microsteps I unlocked 38 days of my year and noticed a massive improvement in my health, and happiness. I’m on a mission to help others do the same. Imagine if your phone charged you?

Why do you love what you do? 

I love helping others unlock more of their time by hacking their habits to focus on things they have been putting off for years.  

Tell us about your superpowers

Being able to take complex data and science and translate into microsteps to help others transform their habits to unlock their best self and have fun doing it!

What else should we know: 

I am a changemaker who created a company to help my fundraising passion and donate $50 of each sale to purpose partners. It’s my belief that everyone deserves the right to their basic needs being met with quality education, clean water, food, and a home. Together we can achieve anything!
