What should we know about you?
We are career re-inventors ourselves and empathize with women at midlife who are exploring career change. Linda returned to the workplace after an 18 year break following a robust career in finance. As for me (Judy), I pivoted careers from an extensive career in the nonprofit world, focused on women’s and girls’ leadership. Together, we cover a lot of bases – we’ve been in the corporate and social sector, full-time, part-time, freelance, volunteers, and now entrepreneurs!
Why do you love what you do?
We love supporting other women in their career reinvention! What gets us up in the morning is knowing that we are creating a community of collaboration and confidence for women to re-imagine their next chapters! With Evolve, we are creating the program we wish we had when we were returning and pivoting.
Tell us about your superpowers!
Evolve’s special sauce is our Collective model. We bring like-minded groups of mid career women across industries together to provide the structure, community and mindsets needed to create momentum for change.
What else should we know?
We are so excited to launch our Evolve Collectives! We designed this unique six-month experience to help women jumpstart the process of career pivoting / reinvention in the company of your peers. We don’t want anyone to feel they are alone in their journey. The inaugural Collective for spring 2020 is starting April 7th, and more information about it is on our website.
